Shop Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on physical products. Must be of same value or more and customer pays difference. Product must be in the same condition that item was mailed out. I take time to make sure the product is packaged safely so it will arrive to you in excellent condition. Shipping damage needs to be handled through the post office. If you return something to me for a refund and it is damaged, a refund will not be given. For the best possible chances to receive a refund please do the following:

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Send pictures if item was received damaged and how it was packaged and sent back to me. This helps me determine who and where the damage occurred. 

I don't accept cancellations of custom orders. 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
